PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide

clothing in which clothing collars can be

worn with two ways of specification

without removing feather

collars.;SOLUTION: A feather collar 20 is

seamed together by a top stitch and

attached in the backside of the base

collar 10 at a joining position 40 leaving a

remaining part 30 of a predetermined

width in the upper part of the backside of

a base collar 10 of clothing. In a first

wearing form, the feather collar 20 is bent

inside at the joining position 40 of the

feather collar 20, and it is worn in a state

where the feather collar 20 is invisible

from the outside. In a second wearing

form, the feather collar 20 is bent outside

across the remaining part 30, and it is

worn in the state where the feather collar
