One way is to take exercise, walking, running, playing

basketball or football and so on. We can also watch TV, where we

are able to enjoy varieties of colorful programs both in Chinese

and English. Moreover, we can surf the Internet to get some

relaxation and entertainment.

As far as I’m concerned/ As for me, surfing the Internet

appeals to me most. For one thing, the Internet offers a wide

range of activities for relaxation. In general, I keep track of the

latest news as an enjoyment. Sometimes, I play computer games

to refresh myself. For another, the Internet makes it easy for me

to make friends with people at home and abroad and it is a great

joy to communicate with them. In addition, having a glimpse of

the vivid pictures and live videos on the Internet contributes to

regaining my energy.

competition. As is known to us all ,our life does need some

appropriate amount of pressure . It adds flavor, challenge ,and

filled world is to make the stress in our life work for us instead of

against us.

As for as I am concerned ,my biggest pressure is the job

hunting. Nowadays, the growth of the students’ number has

surpassed that of the need of the society. I often suffer from the

stress and feel anxious. I usually afraid that I will not get a good

job after graduating from my college.I sometimes get tired of this

fast pace of life, too.

To reduce my pressure, I often try some physical activities

which can relieve my anxiety. In addition, I sometimes enjoy

listening to music and singing loudly follow the songs. Now, I

become very confident in my future, and I do believe I can get an

ideal job after my graduation.

under pressure. Both our feelings and our bodies get upset. We

can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much

Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it

can come from fights with other people. It can come when we

have too many things to do and too little time to do them. It can

also come when we do not have enough money to pay for what

we want.

Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn how to deal

with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should

deal with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down

on stress include changing our lifestyles. For example, we can

learn either to get along with people or to stay away from them.

We can decide what to do now, what to do later, and what to

leave off doing forever. We can also figure out how to get money

or we can cut down on what we want.

We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways

to cut down on stress just lead to more troubles, for example,

skipping out and leaving our work undone, blaming our

problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.

problems’ example,in order to pass the college

examination,we should review all our textbooks in advance,so we

can be confident in exam and reduce our pressure before

In fact,stress can give our motivation to make the thing

Although pressure to some extent can provide motivation,

overdue pressure has a serious negative effect. Pressure can

destroy a student’s confidence. More seriously, it might make

some students lose control of their emotions and behaviors.

Considering the great damage of overdue pressure, college

students

should learn to how to relieve pressure. First, we should have

a right evaluation of ourselves so as to make use of advantages

and avoid disadvantages. Second, we should set a clear aim of a

struggle. The aim can give us motivation, and make us become

active. Third, attending collective activities is an effective way

to relieve pressure. Finally, if you find pressure is nearly

beyond your control, you’d better turn to professional

psychological guidance.

As to me, my pressure is mainly from future employment. In

order to reduce it, I asked my parents help me analyse my

advantages and

disadvantages, and produce a more practical job objection.

So my employment pressure was relieved greatly. Now I become

confident in my future, and I do believe I can get an ideal job

after my graduation.
