(一) 课程教学目标

(A) The teaching objectives

通过这门课程的学习,使学生了解建筑智能化的基本概念和结构

原理,了解建筑智能化工程设计的方法,培养学生从科学选题的角度

来思考问题的能力,从系统的角度来分析实际问题的能力。由于建筑

智能化的涉及范围较广,既包括传统意义上的强电工程、弱电工程等

硬件设施,同时又包括“以人为本”的管理理念指导下的软件开发与应

用,因而它对培养相关学科的学生综合运用知识的能力,培养跨学科

综合型设计人才有着十分重要的意义。

Through studying this course, students understand the basic concept

of intelligent buildings and structural principle, understand building

intelligent engineering design methods, form the ablity to think from a

scientific point of view, analyze the actual problems from a systemic

perspective. Due to the broader scope of the Intelligent Building,

including both a strong electrical engineering, light current engineering,

and hardware facilities in the traditional sense, and including

"people-oriented" management philosophy under the guidance of

software development and applications, and thus it makes sense for the

students to develop cross-disciplinary integrated design talents.

(B) The basic teaching contents

1、 绪论

1, Introduction

(1)了解智能建筑的发展。包括智能建筑的概念和智能建筑的分

类。

(1) Understanding the development of intelligent buildings. Include the

concept and classification of intelligent building.

(2)了解智能建筑的组成。包括智能大楼和智能小区的构成,以

及智能建筑的技术基础。

(2) To understand the composition of intelligent building. Include

intelligent building and smart cell composition, as well as intelligent

building technology base.

(3)了解建筑智能化技术的发展。包括建筑智能化的主流技术,

建筑智能化技术的演变过程,以及我国建筑化技术发展及其展望。
