3月20至22日，埃塞俄比亞驻华大使特肖梅·托加来渝访问。22日，重庆市政府党组成员
蔡允革会见了特肖梅大使。蔡允革表示，重庆与埃塞俄比亚友好交往密切，特别是埃塞俄比亚
在渝设立总领事馆后，双方在经贸往来、人文交流等领域开展了多种形式且卓有成效的交流合
作，希望继续深化重庆与埃塞俄比亚在地方友好、商贸人文等领域的务实往来，扩大合作规
模，提升合作水平。
特肖梅表示将积极支持并推动埃塞俄比亚与重庆在上述领域更进一步合作，期待在新冠肺
炎疫情得到有效控制之后，开展更多商贸人文双向交流。在渝期间，特肖梅大使还与市政府外
办负责人进行工作会谈，访问了重庆三圣实业股份有限公司、万虎机电有限责任公司和恒弘家
具有限公司，商洽促进经贸合作。
市政府副秘书长汪夔万、市政府外办副主任王雯、市商务委等有关部门负责人出席相关活
动。

From March 20 to 22， Teshome Toga， Ethiopian ambassador to China， visited Chongqing.
On March 22， Cai Yunge， member of the Party Leadership Group of Chongqing Municipal
People's Government， met with Ambassador Teshome Toga. Cai Yunge said that Chongqing has
enjoyed close friendly ties with Ethiopia. Especially after Ethiopia has set up the Consulate General in
the city， the two sides have carried out various forms of fruitful communication and cooperation in
economic， trade and cultural exchanges and other fields， hoping to continue deepening the
pragmatic exchanges between Chongqing and Ethiopia in local amity， trade and cultural exchanges
and other fields， expanding the cooperation scale， and enhancing cooperation level.
Ambassador Teshome Toga said he would actively support and propel further cooperation
between Ethiopia and Chongqing in the above-mentioned fields and expected to carry out more two-
way trade and cultural exchanges after the effective control of COVID-19. During his stay in
Chongqing， Ambassador Teshome Toga also held working talks with the leaders of Foreign Affairs
Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and visited Chongqing Sansheng Industrial
Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing Wanhu Motor Co.， Ltd. and Henghong Furniture （Chongqing）
Manufacturing Co.， Ltd. to discuss and promote economic and trade cooperation.
Wang Kuiwan， deputy secretary general of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government，
Wang Wen， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's
Government， and heads of relevant departments such as Chongqing Commission of Commerce
attended relevant activities.
