IMB Removable Hard Disk Box Operation Munual

Appearance:

This style of Removable Hard Disk Box is black appearance、small-sized and

exquisite,with a date port,a LED Light for work state.

Dimensions:

The IBM Removable Hard Disk Box weighs 320 gramme and measures 118 x

74 x 12 millimetre.

Operations:

1、 Connecting

Connect the USB hard disk to the USB port of the computer ,wait a moment

and you can see a USB hard disk icon added to “My Computer”.

2 Disconnecting

On Windows98 SE, you can disconnect the USB hard disk whe the red

indicator stops flashing . On Windows2000/XP, click hot plug-in-and-out icon on

the right of the status area first , select USB hard disk in popup dialog box and left

lick.. Wait until a dialog box saying . “Hardware safely removable” and then you

can disconnect the USB hard disk .

Cautions：

In case of insufficient power supply at USB port of the computer, please insert

to lend support to the power supply plug power supply. Never use an AC adaptor

to supply power to the USB Hard Disk Box. Otherwise,you may damage the

equipment!

2、移除

在Windows98 SE中当红色指示灯不再闪烁时即可直线拔下SUB联机；在

Windows2000/XP中要先点击状态区右侧的热插拔图标，在弹出的对话框中选择USB硬

盘点击左键，待出现“安全的移除硬件”对话框即可拔下USB联机。

注意：

如果计算机的USB接口供电不足，请插入辅助电源插头供电，切不可使用交流适配器

向USB硬盘盒供电，否侧极容易导致设备损坏。
