1、下载软件

打开链接
下载最新版


注意：关闭防火墙+Windows自带的Windows Defender。
解压下载的压缩包
把其中的“vlmcsd-Windows-x64.exe” copy到C:\Windows\System32
然后管理员运行cmd,进入路径C:\Windows\System32
运行命令：

# Create System Service
sc create KMSSrv binpath=%windir%\System32\vlmcsd-Windows-x64.exe type=own start=auto displayname="KMS Emulator"
 
# Run Vlmcsd
net start KMSSrv
 
# Open Port:1688
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="KMS Emulator Server" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=1688

至此，KMS服务器算是搭建完毕了。

2、验证

把刚才下载的文件其中的“vlmcs-Windows-x64.exe” copy到C:\Windows\SysWOW64
然后管理员运行cmd,进入路径C:\Windows\SysWOW64
运行命令：

vlmcs-Windows-x64.exe -v -l 3 localhost
localhost也可以是别的服务器地址，比如你的KMS服务器是10.1.2.14

验证完成。
