摘要
伴随着大数据、物联网时代的到来，人工智能技术引领了时代发展的方向，
成为产业革新的重要动力之一。人工智能企业的发展也因此受到广大投资者的
密切关注。本文以智能语音领域的龙头上市公司科大讯飞为盈利能力研究对象，
从其2014至2018年财务信息入手，进行利润表主要项目分析、盈利能力财务
指标分析和杜邦分析。
研究发现科大讯飞近年来存在增收不增利、盈利质量不佳和现金流的不稳
定等问题。本文通过分析科大讯飞盈利能力问题背后的成因，结合公司业务和
发展战略，有针对地从财务层面和经营管理层面提出改进对策，为科大讯飞及
其同行业公司在人工智能新时代提升盈利能力、实现可持续健康发展提供了借
鉴。

ABSTRACT
With the advent of big data and the Internet of Things era, artificial intelligence
technology has led the development of the times and has become an important
driving force for industrial innovation. The development of artificial intelligence
enterprises has also been closely watched by thousands of investors. This paper takes
IFLYTEK, the leading-level company in the field of intelligent voice, as the research
object of profitability. Based on its financial information from 2014 to 2018, it
conducts profit statement analysis, analysis of profitability financial indicators and
DuPont analysis.
The study found that in recent years, IFLYTEK has problems such as increasing
income, not increasing profits, poor profit quality and unstable cash flow. This paper
explores the causes behind the profitability of IFLYTEK, combines the company's
business and development strategy, and proposes to improve the countermeasures
from the financial level and the management level in a targeted manner, which

provides a reference for the company's new industry in the new era of artificial
intelligence to improve profitability and achieve sustainable and healthy
development.

1 绪论
1.1研究背景和意义
1.1.1研究背景
在当今移动互联、大数据的时代趋势下，与人工智能概念相关的技术、商
业模式、企业、职业不断涌现。“人工智能”已成为科技发展、社会前进的关
键词，它广泛助力于各行各业发展，改变着人们的生活方式，促进人们思想观
念的迭代进步。本文紧跟时代趋势，选择人工智能行业的代表上市公司科大讯
飞（股票代码：002230）进行盈利能力分析。
科大讯飞是我国人工智能语音领域的领头羊，其语音服务广泛覆盖教育、
政法、交通、医疗等主流行业。2018年公司营业收入达79.17亿元，同比增长
45.41%，近五年营业收入平均增长率在40%以上，上市十年来市值增长约25
倍，但公司的获利能力却远不如营收和市值表现亮眼，远未达到股东和大众的
预期。因此，本文结合公司的业务发展，从科大讯飞2014至2018年的财务数
据入手分析影响其盈利能力的重要因素，发现公司在财务和经营管理中存在的
问题和原因，进而为科大讯飞提升竞争力，可持续健康发展提出合理化建议。

从理论上，本文对人工智能行业大背景、公司内外部环境进行分析，透过
利润表对科大讯飞的盈利质量、成长性进行整体判断，运用盈利能力财务指标，
杜邦分析法对公司盈利能力进行较为客观和全面的评价，丰富了当前对于高新
技术、人工智能企业的财务分析研究案例。
从实践上，本文挖掘科大讯飞盈利能力不足的成因，并试图提出行之有效
的改进建议，对于科大讯飞的投资者进行投资决策，管理层改进经营管理、提
升公司盈利能力有一定的参考价值，同时也对当下我国技术密集型、研发型企
