摘要：本文采用了文献研究法、问卷查法、个案研究法等对虎扑体育APP的商业

模式进行分析，主要是通过客户、提供物、基础设施和财务生存能力这四个纬度

对虎扑体育APP进行分析，在此基础上找出虎扑体育APP存在自身的支付系统不

够完善、比赛版权的缺乏、线上线下的联系不够紧密和采编团队的不稳定性等问

题，并针对这些问题寻求相应的解决措施。虎扑体育APP是一款连接线上和线下

资源的平台，同时在运营方面上也体现了商业模式的各种特征。需要进一步的在

客户、提供物、基础设施和财务生存能力这四个纬度的基础上进行改善。通过本

文的分析，希望能对虎扑体育APP商业模式的改善提供借鉴与参考。

Business Model Analysis Of Hupu Sports

APP

Abstract:

This article used the literature research, questionnaire survey method and

case study method on tiger flapping sports APP business model analysis, mainly by

business model in terms of operation. Further improvements are needed based on the

four dimensions of customer, provider, infrastructure, and financial viability. Through

the analysis of this paper, we hope to provide reference for the improvement of the

business model of hupu sports APP.
