1、技术说明

1）Apex One Server 即原来 OfficeScan Server。

2）工具文件夹：

   C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility

2、管理服务器证书

1）服务器证书默认为 3 年：

   

   而客户端证书大多到 2040-01-01 过期：

   

2）更新服务器证书：

   - 创建新的服务器证书：

CertificateManager.exe -c <<StrongPassword>>

   - 备份服务器证书：

CertificateManager.exe -b <<StrongPassword>> D:\Test\TrendMicro.zip

   - 复制文件 lssacfo2.dat：

     C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\Pccnt\Common

     ->

     C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\Touch

   - 修改文件的时间戳：

tmtouch.exe lssacfo2.dat

   - 复制文件 lssacfo2.dat：

     C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\Touch

     ->

     C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\Pccnt\Common

   - 在 Task Manager 中，查看进程 ofchotfix.exe：

     

   - 等待 ofchotfix.exe 进程结束。

   - 重启服务器，确认服务器证书已更新：

     

   - 如果 ofchotfix.exe 未自动触发，则：

     + 定位到以下位置：

       C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\Web\Service

     + 执行命令：

ofchotfix.exe 2 -1

ofchotfix.exe 6 -1

   - 如果 lssacfo2.dat 不存在或出现如下错误，则可能需要重新生成 lssacfo2.dat 文件：

     C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan Client\apricot.log 日志文件：

     07-29-19 17:22:52,640 [13448] ERROR debug_log <> - [.\ths_TmHttpServerController.cpp:400][TM::HttpServer::CHttpController::SetHTTPSCertificate]HttpSetServiceConfiguration failed! , Ret = 1312

     + 备份文件 lssacfo2.dat：

       C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Pccnt\Common\lssacfo2_bak.dat

     + 删除文件 lssacfo2.dat：

     + 定位到以下位置：

       C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Private\certificate

     + 重新生成新证书：

makecert.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Pccnt\Common\lssacfo2.dat" -pe -n CN=ofcsslagent -a sha1 -sky exchange -sr LocalMachine -ss OfficeScanSSL -is "OfficeScan NT" -len 2048

     + 重新生成文件 lssacfo2.dat：

CertificateManager.exe -eclnsslcert "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Pccnt\Common\lssacfo2.dat"

2）重装服务器：

   - 备份服务器证书：

CertificateManager.exe -b <<StrongPassword>> D:\Test\TrendMicro.zip

   - 重装服务器。

   - 恢复服务器证书：

CertificateManager.exe -r <<StrongPassword>> D:\Test\TrendMicro.zip

3）导入服务器证书：
