add

\settopmatter{printacmref=false} % Removes citation information below abstract
\renewcommand\footnotetextcopyrightpermission[1]{} % removes footnote with conference information in first column
\pagestyle{empty} % removes running headers

AND

每一页还是有conference information 以及奇数页的title

在每一页添加\thispagestyle{empty}
