台风暴雨应急预案

一、概述Overview

深圳市隶属中国广东省，位于东经114°，北纬22°附近。地处珠江口伶仃洋东侧，北

与东莞市和惠州市接壤，南与香港一河之隔，东至大亚湾畔。市域面积2020平方公里，

海岸线长229.96公里。境内最高峰为梧桐山国家森林公园主峰，海拔943.7米。深圳属

亚热带海洋性气候，年平均气温最22.04°C，年平均降水量1948.40毫米。

对飓风和台风的预防措施可以有效的起到缩小破坏程度的作用。每个酒店都应尽早成

立应急小组，制定应急预案。特别是我们处于亚热带海洋性气候地带，以确保随时应付恶

劣的天气。应急小组需要明白热带风暴对所带来的灾难性破坏以及在这种紧迫时刻所采取

的措施。预防损失的措施计划中的紧急事件部分将针对如何处理飓风或台风事件提供更好

的方案。

The typhoon prevention measures play an effective role in reducing the

damage should set up the emergency response team and establish

the contingency plan as early as possible,especially, Shenzhen is subropical

oceanic emergency response team need to understand the

devastation caused and the emergency measure should be taken.A better soultion

plan on a typhoon will be provided in the losss proevent plan.

二、台风预警信号Typhoon Warning Signals

台风预警信号分五级，分别以白色、蓝色、黄色、橙色和红色表示。

There are 5 warning signals of typhoon,white、blue、yellow、orange and red.

（一） 白色风球预警信号： Typhoon White Warning Signal

48小时内可能受热带气旋影响。

The area may be affected by the tropical cyclones in 48 hours.
