一、常见英文条款

1. Drafts drawn under this credit must be negotiated in HONGKONG on or before August

20，2006 after which date this credit expires．

nts to accompany drafts must be presented for negotiation with in l3 days

after date of Bill of Lading or other document evidencing dispatch of goods．

nt must be effected in two equal lots separately with an interval of at least

20 days between shipments．Documents must separately negotiated．

endorsed , Marked freight collect notify the applicant .

90 days after sight of this first of exchange (second of exchange being unpaid)

pay to the order of Bank of China , Shanghai Branch .

8. “The usance draft is payable on a sight basis，discount charges and acceptance

commission are for buyer's account.

9. Full set of clean in board bills of lading, Made out to order, Blank endorsed,

Marked freight collect notify the applicant.

90 days after sight of this first of exchange(second of exchange being unpaid)

pay to the order of Bank of China, Shanghai Branch.
