一、工程概况
I. Project survey
智利燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电工程共安装一台汽轮发电机组,由南京汽轮电机(集团)
有限责任公司设计制造。汽轮机型号为L18-3.43-4型联合循环汽轮机,发电机型号为
QFWL-18-2。该型汽轮机为中压、单缸、冲动冷凝式汽轮机,设计转速为3000r/min,是
转速高,技术含量高,系统复杂的精密机械。为确保施工的顺利进行,特编制本方案。
The Chile Gas-Steam Combined Circulation Power Generation Project will install one unit
of turbo-generator in total, which is designed and manufactured by Nanjing Turbo-generator
(Group) Co., Ltd. The model of turbine is L18-3.43-4 type combined circulation turbine; the
model of generator is QFWL-18-2. Such type of turbine is medium-pressure, single-cylinder,
impulse condensing turbine, the designed rotational speed is 3000r/min; it is a precision
machinery with high rotational speed, high-tech and complicated system. This proposal is
specially drafted for the smooth construction.

3.1 N12-3.8-3型汽轮机为凝汽式,主要技术参数:

3.2 基础验收及垫铁布置(包括汽轮机及发电机):
3.2 Foundation acceptance and iron cushion distribution (including the turbine and
generator)
基础浇灌前应会同设计单位、建设单位、土建单位对预留孔、预埋件的中心、标高、
地脚螺栓孔位置等重要尺寸进行会审,取得一致意见。
The important dimensions, such as centers, elevations, anchor bolt hole positions of the
reserved holes, embedded parts, shall be reviewed jointly by the design institute, construction
company and civil work company before foundation pouring, for common agreement.
基础验收按《电力建设施工及验收技术规范》(汽轮机机组篇)以下简称电建规的有
关规定执行。
The foundation acceptance shall be implemented according to relevant provisions of
Technical Code for Electrical Construction and Acceptance (Chapter of turbine unit).

3.3 混凝土浇灌质量检查:
3.3 Inspection of concrete pouring quality:
⑴、基础混凝土表面应平整、无裂缝、孔洞、峰窝、麻面和露筋现象。特别是布置垫铁的
基础表面不应有外露钢筋。
(1) The foundation concrete shall be with flat surface, no cracks, holes, cells, spots or exposed
reinforcing bars. In particular, the surface of foundation for placing iron cushion must be
without exposed reinforcing bars.
⑵、设计要求挂面和粉饰部分,尤其是发电机风室、风道、抹面应平整、光滑、牢固、无
掉粉现象。
(2) The part required by design for plastering, decoration, especially the air cubicle, air duct of
generator, the plastered surface shall be flat, smooth, firm and without loose plaster.
⑶、基础上预埋铁件的位置,基础上纵横中心线和标高均符合设计规定,预埋件应平整无
歪斜。
(3) The position on foundation for embedded iron, the longitudinal & latitudinal central lines
and elevation on foundation shall all tally with the design, the embedded parts shall be flat
and without deflection.
⑷、检查地脚螺栓孔,其内部必须清理干净,孔中心线基准线偏差不大于5mm,孔壁挂
线坠检查。贯穿地脚螺栓孔,底面应与地脚螺栓孔相垂直,平面应平整。
(4) Check the anchor bolt holes, its interior must be cleaned completely; the error of hole
central line datum line shall not be over 5mm; the hole wall shall be checked by plumb. Go
through the anchor bolt holes, the bottom surface shall be perpendicular to anchor bolt hole,
and the surface shall be flat.
⑸、基础与厂房运转平台间的隔震间隙中的摸板及杂物应清理干净。
(5) The formwork and sundries in the isolation gap between foundation and plant building
operation platform shall be cleaned.
3.4 基础纵横中心,复测基础几何尺寸:

dimensions of foundation:
⑴、汽轮发电机安装前,具备浇灌基础混凝土标号和混凝土强度试验报告(见土建中间交
接验收报告)。
(1) Before installing the turbo-generator, the report of concrete code and concrete strength test
for pouring the foundation shall be available (see the acceptance report of civil work
medium delivery).
⑵、测量汽机、发电机台板处的混凝土表面标高,应与图纸相符,误差不大于10mm。
(2) Measure the concrete surface elevation at steam turbine, generator base plate; it shall tally
with the drawing, and the error shall not be over 10mm.
⑶、根据厂房柱子中心及地脚螺栓孔位置,并参考土建施工时的测量标志,弹出基础的纵
横向中心线,并检查是否符合图纸要求。
(3) Make the longitudinal & latitudinal central lines of foundation according to the plant
building post center and position of anchor bolt hole, while referring to the measured mark
of civil work construction; and check whether it tallies with the drawing.
⑷、对基础进行沉降观测,而且观测工作至少应配合下列工序进行:(如发现基础沉降较
大,应适当增加观测次数)
(4) Observe the subsidence of foundation, and the observation shall at least cooperate with the
following process: (the observation time shall be increased appropriately in case the
foundation is discovered with significant subsidence)
Ⅰ、基础养护期满后,(此次测定值作为原始数据)
I. When the maintenance period of foundation is due, (the measured value this time is taken as
the original data)
Ⅱ、汽轮机和发电机安装前。
II. Before installation of turbine and generator
Ⅲ、汽轮机和发电机安装完毕,二次浇灌前。

3.9 Installation of bearing
⑴、轴承的检修
(1) Maintenance of bearing
a、检修前,先用清洗油仔细清洗轴承及轴承洼窝,轴瓦应无夹渣,砂眼,裂纹,脱胎等
缺陷。
a. Before maintenance, wash the bearing and bearing socket carefully with cleaning oil; the
bearing bush shall be with no defects such as slag, sand, crack and loose etc.

b、将轴承放入轴承座内,用塞尺检查轴承垫块与轴承座的接触情况,要求0.03~0.05mm
塞尺塞不进,研磨轴承洼窝的结合面,接触面积不少于70%且分布均匀。
b. Put the bearing into the bearing seat, check the contact between bearing cushion and bearing
seat with feeler; it is required that the 0.03~0.05mm feeler cannot be inserted; grind the joint
surface of bearing socket, the contact area shall not be less than 70% and shall be evenly
distributed.
c、轴承体与球面座的结合面必须光滑,通过研制,其接触面积应大于70%且均匀分布,
组合后的球面瓦与球面座的水平结合面均不允许错口。注意球面不宜作过多修刮。
c. The joint surface between bearing body and spherical seat must be smooth; after grinding, its
contact area shall be over 70% and evenly distributed; staggering on the horizontal joint
surfaces of spherical bush and spherical seat after combination is not allowed. Be careful
that the sphere shall not be over scraped.
d、轴瓦进油孔应清理畅通,并应与轴承座上的进油孔对正。
d. The bearing bush oil inlet hole shall be cleaned to free, and shall be aligned with the oil inlet
hole on bearing seat.
e、轴承各部位应打有钢印标记,以保证安装位置和方向的正确。
e. Each position of the bearing shall be marked by steel stamp, for ensuring the correct
installation position and direction.
f、推力轴承的推力瓦片,应逐个编号,测量其厚度差不大于0.02mm,其定位环承力面应
光滑,沿其周边各点厚度差不大于0.02mm,推力瓦固定环厚度应均匀一致。
f. The thrust bush of thrust bearing shall be numbered one by one; its thickness difference shall
not be over 0.02mm; the force-bearing area of its positioning ring shall be smooth, the
thickness difference of each point along the perimeter shall not be over 0.02mm; the
thickness of thrust bush fixing ring shall be even and same.
⑵、轴承的调整
(2) Adjustment of bearing
转子放入轴承之前底部一块垫块与轴承洼窝之间应有0.3~0.5间隙,轴瓦的顶隙
为0.32~0.36,单面侧间隙为0.4~0.56.

Before putting the rotor into the bearing, there shall be a clearance of 0.3~0.5 between a block
at the bottom and the bearing socket; the top clearance of bearing bush is 0.32~0.36, the
side clearance of single surface is 0.4~0.56.
3.10 转子安装
3.10 Installation of rotor
⑴、起吊转子使用制造厂带来的吊具(应具备出厂试验证书),吊索的绑扎位置应符合制
造厂图纸的规定,绑扎部位应用柔软材料包扎,向汽缸吊放转子,应在后轴颈用水平
仪找好水平。为防止损伤推力轴瓦,可将推力轴瓦拆掉,吊装后装复。
(1) The lifting tools supplied by the manufacturer (shall be with plant test certificate) will be
used for lifting the rotor; the binding position of lifting wire shall tally with the provision of
manufacturer’s drawing; the bound positions shall be wrapped with soft material. Lift the
rotor to the cylinder, levelness shall be made at rear shaft journal with a level. For
preventing damage on thrust bearing bush, the thrust bearing bush can be disassembled, and
reassembled after lifting.
⑵、转子安装前应进行下列各项检查:
(2) The rotor shall be checked with following items before installation:
a、测量转子各级叶轮、汽封圈、紧圈处的间隙,与出厂记录比较。
a. Measure the clearance at each level of blade, steam seal ring and fastening ring of rotor, and
compare them with the plant delivery record.
b、通流部分应无油脂,汽封、轴径、推力盘及联轴器等部件,应无锈污或油漆。
b. The circulating part shall be free of grease; the parts such as steam seal, shaft journal, thrust
disc and shaft coupling etc, shall be without rust or paint.
c、轴径的椭圆度和不柱度应不大于0.02mm,不合格时应研究处理。
c. The ovalness and cylindricity of shaft journal shall not be over 0.02mm, and it shall be
studied and processed in case unqualified.
d、推力盘外缘端面跳边应不大于其半径的0.01/100,径向跳边值应小于0.03mm。
d. The unroundness of thrust disc outer edge shall not be over 0.01/100 of its radius; the value
of radial unroundness shall be less than 0.03mm.

e、联轴器法兰端面应光洁无毛刺,端面的瓢偏应不大于0.03mm。对于转子的跳动度、各
端面的瓢偏度等的检查,可通过百分表检查来进行。
e. The end surface of shaft coupling flange shall be smooth without burr; the unevenness of end
surface shall not be over 0.03mm. The checking of rotor unroundness, unevenness of each
end surface can be made with dial indicator.
⑶、以转子复核汽封中心,在转子表面选定一个测量点,作好标记,盘动转子,测量转子
标记处至汽封洼窝的距离,分别测处左,右和下一点,适当调整转子来达到轴封间隙
要求。
(3) Verify the steam seal center with rotor; choose a measuring point on the surface of rotor,
mark it, turn the rotor, measure the distance between rotor mark and steam seal socket.
Measure the left, right and down points respectively, adjust the rotor appropriately for
meeting the requirement of shaft seal clearance.
⑷、联轴器找中心,校核汽轮机和发电机转子中心,允许上开口≤0.02mm。
(4) Center determination on shaft coupling, verify the turbine and generator rotor center, the
allowed upper opening is ≤0.02mm.
⑸、汽缸轴封等中心复核完毕,转子水平度合格后,即可最后拧紧地脚螺栓,并检查活动
面密合情况。
(5) When the centers of cylinder shaft seal etc are rechecked, and the levelness of rotor is
qualified, fasten finally the anchor bolts, and check the tightness of flexible surfaces.
3.11 喷嘴组及隔板安装
3.11 Installation of nozzle group and partition
⑴、喷嘴组及隔板安装前的检查
(1) Inspection of nozzle group and partition before installation
a、外观检查应无裂缝、铸砂、焊瘤及油垢,喷嘴与蒸汽室或喷嘴槽的结合面应无油漆。
a. The appearance shall be without crack, foundry sand, beading and oil stain; the joint surface
between nozzle and steam room or nozzle channel shall be without paint.
b、喷嘴组与喷嘴槽或蒸汽室的结合面,应用涂色法检查,其接触面应达75%以上,组装
好的喷嘴或喷嘴组应无松动,喷嘴组出汽口应平齐。

group shall be firm, the steam outlet openings of nozzle group shall be aligned.
c、固定喷嘴用的单头螺栓,紧固后螺栓丝杆端部应与螺栓丝扣的底部保持有不少于
0.50mm间隙,螺栓紧固力矩与伸长量应符合制造厂要求,并做作出记录,螺栓与销钉
应在扣大盖前电焊或用保险垫圈锁紧固定。
c. Regarding the single-head bolt for fixing the nozzle, the clearance between bolt thread end
and bottom of inner thread shall be kept no less than 0.50mm after fastening; the fastening
moment and extension volume of bolt shall meet the requirement of manufacturer, and
record shall be made. The bolts and pins shall be welded or fixed firmly by security washers
before covering the upper cylinder.
⑵、隔板和隔板套安装前应进行下列检查并符合要求:

reserved with holes required by the manufacturer.
b、隔板和隔板套各部分应去油脂,其水平结合面、隔板、隔板套、汽缸间的接触面,以
及安装汽封块的洼窝等部位,应无损伤、油漆、锈污并应清理露出金属光泽,在接触
面上涂石墨粉。
b. The grease on each part of the partition and partition case shall be removed; its horizontal
joint surface, the contact surfaces between partition, partition case, cylinders, as well as the
socket for installing the steam seal block, shall be without damage, paint, rust and shall be
cleaned until metal shine; apply graphite powder onto the contact surfaces.
c、隔板、阻汽片应无缺陷、卷曲,边缘应尖薄,隔板应无裂缝、铸砂、气孔等缺陷。
c. The partition, steam stopper shall be without defect, curl, the edges shall be thin; the partition
shall be without the defects such as crack, foundry sand and bubble.

d、固定上下两半隔板或隔板套的销子、定位键和相对应的槽孔的配合不应过紧或过松。
中分面密封键与槽的配合应有0.05mm~0.08mm间隙。
d. The match between pins, positioning wedges for fixing the upper and lower half partitions or
partition case and the corresponding channel holes shall not be too tight or too loose. The
match between joint surface sealing wedge and channel shall be with a clearance of
0.05mm~0.08mm.
e、隔板、隔板套、汽缸间的各部间隙应符合图纸规定。隔板挂耳垫片不允许超过三片,
片间应接触密实,垫片材料应满足工作温度的要求。
e. Each clearance between the partition, partition case, cylinder shall tally with the drawing.
The number of hanger loop gasket for partition is not allowed to be more than 3, and the
gaskets shall contact each other tightly; the gasket material shall meet the requirement of
working temperature.
f、下隔板或隔板套应按制造厂图纸有疏水通路,隔板或隔板套正式就位后应注意疏水孔
通畅。
f. The lower partition or partition case shall be with drain passage, as designed in the
manufacturer’s drawing; the smoothness of drain hole shall be paid attention to when the
partition or partition case is formally positioned.
g、所有静叶环、隔板与隔板套、汽封与汽封套均应按汽轮机本体部件编号做出钢印标记,
标明其安装位置。

3.12 联轴器找中心

⑴、找中时联轴器两个法兰的相对位置应按制造厂记号对正。

be aligned according to the manufacturer’s marks.
⑵、采用百分表法找中,两只测轴向,一只测径向。表架应装牢,避免碰撞。联轴器盘动

一周回复原位后,圆周向的百分表读数应能回到原来的数值,轴向表值应能相互吻
合。
(2) Center determination by the method of dial indicator; two for measuring the axial direction,
one for measuring the radial direction. The meter stand shall be installed firmly, avoiding
impact. When the shaft coupling returns to the original position after turning for one round,
the reading of perimeter dial indicator shall be able to return to the original value, and the
values on axial meters shall be identical.
⑶、联轴器找中心的要求应严格按制造厂要求执行。
(3) The center determination of shaft coupling shall be implemented strictly according to the
manufacturer’s requirement.
⑷、联轴器找中心的调整可通过瓦枕垫块的增减来达到目的。
(4) The adjustment of center determination of shaft coupling can be achieved by increasing or
reducing the bush wedge.

3.13 汽封间隙的检查与调整:
3.13 Inspection and adjustment of steam seal clearance:
⑴、汽封体外观检查应无缺陷损伤和油污,其水平结合在自由状态下,用0.05mm塞尺塞
不进。
(1) The appearance of steam seal body shall be without damage and oil stain; in free condition,
its horizontal joint surface cannot be inserted with a 0.05mm feeler.

⑵、装配时,先将汽封圈从汽封套或气封槽中拆出用钢印作好标记,复查汽封齿应无缺陷,
并清扫汽封圈、汽封槽,然后用黑铅粉涂抹汽封圈,弹簧片及汽封槽,然后按钢印标
记装复,装复后汽封环应能自由地压入,并能自动准确地弹回来。
(2) Upon assembly, firstly, remove the steam seal ring from steam seal case or steam seal
channel and mark it by steel stamp; recheck the steam seal teeth, it shall be with no defect.
Clean the steam seal ring, steam seal channel, then smear black lead powder onto the
steam seal ring, spring blade and steam seal channel, and then reassemble it according to
the steel stamp marks. After reassembly, the steam seal ring shall be able to press in freely,
and can be returned automatically and accurately.
⑶、汽封圈安装完毕后,用塞尺法和橡皮膏法检查其间隙。
(3) When the installation of steam seal ring is complete, check its clearance by feeler method
and adhesive plaster method.
⑷、汽封间隙的调整,如间隙小,可修刮汽封片要求修薄修光,如间隙大,可修刮汽封圈
承受作用的承力部位。
(4) Adjustment of steam seal clearance; if the clearance is small, the steam seal fin can be
scraped, it is required to be scraped to thinner and smoother; if the clearance is big, the
force bearing position of steam seal ring can be scraped.
⑸、通流部分间隙测量及调整按南京汽轮机产品证明书要求验收:
(5) The measurement and adjustment of circulating part clearance will be accepted according to
the requirement of Nanjing turbine product certificate:
测量通流部分间隙时,组合好上半推力轴承,使转子处于推力瓦工作面承力的
位置,并应使危急遮断器飞锤向上。
When measuring the clearance of circulating part, assemble properly the upper half thrust
bearing, make the rotor at the force bearing position of thrust bush working surface, and
the emergency breaker weight shall be upward.
测量可用塞尺法或贴橡皮膏法检查间隙。
The clearance can be checked by feeler method or adhesive plaster method.

3.14 Covering of steam turbine upper cylinder:
⑴、汽机机扣大盖前应完成下列各项工作并符号要求,且具备规定的安装记录或签证书:
(1) The steam turbine shall be finished with following works and meet the requirement before
covering the upper cylinder, and be with specified installation record or signed book:
a、垫铁装齐,地脚螺栓紧固;
a. The iron cushion is installed in alignment, the anchor bolts are fastened;
b、汽缸立销和猫爪横销最终间隙的测定;
b. Measurement of final clearance between cylinder vertical pin and horizontal pin;
c、汽缸水平结合面间隙的测定;
c. Measurement of cylinder horizontal joint surface clearance;
d、汽缸的水平扬度及汽轮机转子的轴颈扬度;
d. Horizontal bending of cylinder as well as shaft journal bending of turbine rotor;
e、汽轮机转子在汽封或油挡洼窝处的中心位置确定。
e. Determination of central position of turbine rotor at steam seal or oil stop socket.
f、转子最后定位,转子联轴器法兰之间的垫片厚度记录;

⑵、汽机试扣大盖
(2) Trial covering of steam turbine upper cylinder
为使汽机扣大盖工作顺利进行,应进行试扣大盖,试扣大盖前应将下半缸所有部件组
装好,吊入转子,合上上缸,分别在不紧汽缸结合面螺栓和紧1/3螺栓的情况下,连续盘
动转子,用听棒听取汽缸内部是否有摩擦声。在试扣盖时,可配合测取汽封套,隔板套或
隔板与汽缸之间的径向间隙。
For the smooth covering of steam turbine upper cylinder, trial covering shall be carried out;
before the trial covering, all the parts of lower half cylinder shall be assembled properly, lift the
rotor in, close the upper cylinder, and turn the rotor continuously under the conditions that the
cylinder joint surface bolts are not fastened and 1/3 of the bolts are fastened respectively, get
with listening rod whether there is frictional sound inside the cylinder. Upon trial covering, the
radial clearance between steam seal case, partition case or partition and cylinder can also be
measured.
⑶、扣大盖人员准备现场要求和组织工作
(3) Site preparation and organization of personnel for upper cylinder covering
参加扣大盖的工作人员应尽量精简,专人负责,分工明确。
The personnel involved in upper cylinder covering shall be simplified to the least, with
specific responsible person and clear distribution.
扣盖时,必须严防任何杂物落入缸内,接近汽缸面及缸内工作人员应仔细检查衣袋是
否有小物件,钮扣是否松动,扣大盖所需的设备零部件,应预先进行清点检查,无短缺或
不合格情况,并按一定的顺序放置整齐。
Upon covering the upper cylinder, any sundry must be prevented strictly from falling into
the cylinder; the personnel close to the cylinder surface and inside the cylinder shall check
carefully whether there are tiny objects in their pockets, whether the buttons are loose; the
equipment parts necessary for upper cylinder covering shall be checked and inspected in
advance, there shall be no shortage or substandard one, and they shall be placed neatly in order.
施工时用的工具和器具应仔细清点和登记,扣完大盖后再次清点,不得遗失。

The tools and instruments for construction shall be checked and registered carefully, and
check again after covering of upper cylinder, there must not be anything lost.
⑷、扣大盖工作步骤:
(4) Steps of upper cylinder covering:
a、扣大盖前应先将下汽缸或轴承座的所有部件全部拆除,彻底检查清扫,用干净抹布擦
拭,并用压缩空气吹净。
a. Before covering the upper cylinder, all the parts of the lower cylinder or bearing seat shall be
removed, check and clean thoroughly, wipe with clean rags, and clean it by compressed air
blowing.
b、清理检查后,按顺序安装,对汽缸与隔板,汽封套等接触部位必须涂黑铅粉,以便于
以后的检修。在运行中,可能松脱的部件扣缸前应最后锁紧,对于运行中不能松脱的
部件,扣盖前应予拆掉。汽缸内部各部件组装结束,再次盘动转子,用听棒监听各隔
板套,汽封套内有无磨擦声。
b. After cleaning and checking, install it according to the sequence; the contact positions
between cylinder and partition, steam seal case must be applied with black lead powder, for
easier future maintenance. During operation, the possible loosing parts shall be tightened at
final before cylinder covering; regarding the impossible losing parts during operation, they
shall be removed before cylinder covering. When the parts inside the cylinder are assembled,
turn the rotor once again, monitor with listening rod whether there is frictional sound inside
each partition case, steam seal case.
c、一切情况稳定后,装上导杆,使用专用吊具将大盖吊起,用水平仪检查,汽缸水平中
分面纵横向水平。同时行车限位开关及制动器应处在良好的工作状态。
c. When the condition is stable, install the guide rod, use special tool to lift the upper cylinder,
inspect with a level the longitudinal & latitudinal levelness of cylinder horizontal joint
surface. Meanwhile, the travel crane limit switch and brake shall be in good working
condition.
d、当上缸进入导向杆下降时,应随时检查,不得有不均匀下降或卡住现象。当上缸接近
下缸时,用垫铁临时支垫上缸,涂抹水平结合面的涂料,涂料应均薄,厚度一般为0.5mm

d. When the upper cylinder enters, the guide rod goes down, it shall be checked from time to
time, there must be no uneven drop or block. When the upper cylinder approaches the lower
cylinder, support the upper cylinder temporarily with iron cushion, spread the coating on
horizontal joint surface. The coating shall be even, the thickness is normally about 0.5mm.
e、在上下缸水平结合面即将结合而吊索尚未放松时,将定位销打入汽缸销孔。
e. When the horizontal joint surfaces of upper and lower cylinders are about to combine but the
lifting wire is not yet relax, hammer the positioning pins into the cylinder pin holes.
f、扣大盖工作从缸内吊装第一个部件开始,至上缸就位,全部工作连续进行,不得中断。
f. The upper cylinder covering starts from lifting the 1

part inside the cylinder, until the
positioning of upper cylinder. The entire work shall be processed continuously without
interruption.
g、扣上大盖,紧固汽缸水平结合面螺栓。一般从汽缸中部开始,按左右对称分几次进行
紧固,对所有螺栓每一次紧固程度应相等,冷紧后汽缸水平结合面应严密结合,前后
轴封处上下汽缸不得有错口。在紧固时,一般不允许用大锤进行敲击,可用扳子加套
管紧固。
g. Cover the upper cylinder, fasten the bolts of cylinder horizontal joint surface. Normally, it
starts from the middle of cylinder, and they are fastened in several times left and right
symmetrically; in every time of fastening, each bolt shall be fastened to same degree; after
cold fastening, the horizontal joint surface of cylinder shall be tightly jointed, there must be
no stagger on upper & lower cylinders at front and rear shaft seals. Upon fastening,
normally it is forbidden to be hit by big hammer; it can be fastened by spanner with sleeve.

The base plates of generator (including exciter) shall be flat and smooth, without burr, and the
paint shall be completely removed.
⑴、台板就位后,可用预先拉好的钢丝以汽轮发电机纵横中心线为基准,进行找正。注意
发电机定子的磁力中心应按图纸要求后移。
(1) When the base plate is positioned, alignment can be carried out by the pre-set steel wire and
by taking the turbo-generator longitudinal & latitudinal central lines as the datum. Pay
attention that the magnetic center of generator stator shall be moved backward according to
requirement of drawing.
⑵、台板就位后,地脚螺栓的安装。当台板就位并找正找平后,即可安装地脚螺栓并初步

紧固。由于固定台板用的地脚螺栓的螺母是在机座下面的,机座就位后就无法拧紧螺
母,故应将螺母拧至满扣后,在螺母与螺杆及螺母与台板之间进行点焊,以防止紧地
脚螺栓时螺母转动。
(2) Installation of anchor bolts when the base plate is positioned. When the base plate is
positioned, aligned and leveled, the anchor bolts can be installed and primarily fastened.
Because the nuts of anchor bolts for fixing the base plate are under the seat, such nuts
cannot be fastened as soon as the seat is positioned. So the nuts shall be fastened to full and
make spot welding between nuts and bolts and between nuts and base plate, for preventing
the turning of nuts while fastening the anchor bolts.
4.3、轴承座及轴承的安装
4.3 Installation of bearing seat and bearing
发电机的轴承座及支持轴承的检查与安装除应符合汽轮机轴承座轴承检查与安装的有关
要求外还应符合下列要求:
The inspection and installation of generator bearing seat and supporting bearing shall meet the
relevant requirement of bearing inspection and installation of turbine bearing seat; in
addition, it shall also meet the following requirements:
⑴、轴承座根据汽轮机发电机中心线调整找正。轴承座下的调整垫片应平整无毛刺和卷屑,
安装后各接触面密实,角层绝缘板应较轴承座或上一层垫板边缘突出一些。
(1) The bearing seat shall be adjusted and aligned according to the turbine and generator central
line. The adjusting gasket under the bearing seat shall be flat and with no burr, curl crumbs;
after installation, each contact surface shall be tight, the edge of corner insulation plate
shall be a little protruded than the bearing seat or upper layer of cushion plate.
⑵、发电机轴承座标高应满足联轴器找中心要求。
(2) The elevation of generator bearing seat shall meet the demand of shaft coupling center
determination.
4.4、发电机定子的安装

a.在定子外壳上划出横向中心线,按台板中心线找正定子。
a. Mark the latitudinal central line on the outer plate of stator, align the stator according to the
base plate central line.
b.发电机定子的吊装就位:定子吊装时应注意检查吊具,并小心细致进行。
b. Lifting and positioning of generator stator: the lifting tools shall be checked carefully when
lifting the stator, and proceed carefully.
c.定子中心找正:以转子为基准,检查空气间隙。纵横向调整可通过千斤顶来达到目的,
上下调整可通过增减垫片来达到目的。
c. Alignment of stator center: take the rotor as datum, check the air clearance. The longitudinal
& latitudinal adjustment can be achieved by jack, and the vertical adjustment can be
achieved by increasing or decreasing the gasket.
4.5、转子的安装
4.5 Installation of rotor
⑴、转子安装前的检查与要求见《电建规》第154条规定。
(1) See the provision of Article 154 in Technical Code for Electrical Construction and
Acceptance for the inspection and requirement before rotor installation.
⑵、转子的安装可分两步进行。
(2) The rotor installation can be in two steps.
a.将发电机后轴承座与转子装配在一起使其重心后移,吊转子,使发电机联轴器头部伸
出定子线圈外。(如重量不够可在后轴承座上加配重)。用临时支撑垫转子。
a. Assemble the generator rear bearing seat and rotor together, for moving its gravity center
backward; lift the rotor, and make the head of generator shaft coupling protrudes out of the
stator coil. (In case the weight is not enough, weight can be added on rear bearing seat). Fill
up the rotor with temporary support.
b.用专用扁担使转子吊装就位。

b. Lift the rotor to the position by special carrying pole.
⑶、穿芯过程中,应注意不要使转子碰撞及直接压在定子线圈上。
(3) During the rotor installation, it shall be prevented that the rotor impacts or presses directly
on the stator coil.
4.6、发电机空气间隙的测量及调整
4.6 Measurement and adjustment of generator air clearance
发电机空气间隙的测量应在定子两端的对应点进行,测得上下左右侧间隙应均匀相
等,其相互差应不超过气隙平均值的5%。
The measurement of generator air clearance shall be carried out at the corresponding
points of two ends of the stator; the measured upper, lower, left and right clearances shall be
even and equal, the difference between each other shall not be over 5% of the average value of
air clearance.

⑴、发电机端盖的封闭应按随机技术文件执行。主要检查风扇与端盖径、轴向间隙,
以及端盖密封圈与轴颈的径向间隙。
(1) The closure of generator cover shall be implemented according to attached technical
document. Mainly check the radial, axial clearances between fan and cover, as well as the radial
clearance between cover sealing ring and shaft journal.
⑵、若间隙不符要求时,可通过修挫端盖螺孔和风挡进行调整。
(2) In case the clearance is unqualified, it can be adjusted by filing the cover bolt holes
and air stopper.
⑶、调整完毕后,在端盖正式封闭前,应符合《电建规》第170条规定。
(3) After the completion of adjustment, and before formal closure of cover, it shall tally
with the provision of Article 170 in Technical Code for Electrical Construction and Acceptance.
五、油系统试运行和油循环冲洗
V. Oil system trial run and oil circulation washing
循环冲洗是为清除外来杂质,以及在安装或配管过程中进入管道的焊渣,通过油循

环冲洗还可考核供油装置的技术性能,为汽轮机试运行作好准备。
The circulation washing is for cleaning the foreign matters, as well as removing the
welding slag entered into the pipeline upon installation or pipe connection. The technical
performance of oil supply device can also be examined through oil circulation washing, and
prepare for turbine trial operation.
5.1、油循环冲洗应具备下列条件:
5.1 The following conditions shall be available for oil circulation washing:
⑴、油泵电动机已经过单机试运转,各项技术指标符合要求。
(1) The oil pump motor has passed the single-machine trial run, and all technical indexes
meet the requirement.
⑵、油管已经过酸洗,中和,钝化等工序并复位。
(2) The oil pipes have passed the procedure including acid washing, neutralization,
inactivation, and they are restored.
⑶、油冲洗的油质及数量符合要求。
(3) The oil quality and quantity for oil washing shall meet the requirement.
⑷、在各轴承入口油管加装临时滤网,滤网规格不低于100目。
(4) Add temporary filter mesh at oil inlet pipe of each bearing, the specification of filter
screen shall not be less than 100 mesh.
⑸ 油冲洗的循环回路已接通,表已装妥。
(5) The circulation circuit for oil washing is connected, the meter is installed.
⑹、油加热和冷却装置已具备投运条件。
(6) The oil heating and cooling devices are ready for operation.
5.2、油冲洗可分两步进行:
5.2 The oil washing can be made in two steps:
⑴、将润滑油系统和调速系统断开,以防脏物进入调速系统。将轴承进油管与轴承
座分离,加装临时管路,油通过轴承箱而不经过轴承,进行外部循环。
(1) Break the lubricating oil system and governing system, for preventing entry of dirt
into the governing system. Separate the bearing oil inlet pipe and bearing seat, add temporary

pipeline, the oil will go through the bearing box in stead of bearing, for external circulation.
⑵、当管路基本已干净情况下。可将进油管复位,每根进油管装一袋式过滤网,再
进行内部循环。
(2) When the pipeline is almost clean, the oil inlet pipe can be restored; each oil inlet pipe
shall be installed with a bag-type filter screen, then make internal circulation.
5.3、油冲洗工作达到下列要求方为合格:
5.3 The oil washing is not qualified until meets the following requirements:
⑴、从油箱和冷油器放油点取油样化验,达到油质透明,水份合格。
(1) Take oil sample from the oil tank and oil outlet point of oil cooler, the oil shall be
transparent, with qualified water content.
⑵、各轴承进油管上所装滤网,在通油4小时后无金属颗料、锈皮及沙粒等杂物,
纤维体仅有微量。
(2) There are no metal particles, rust and sands on the filter screen installed on each
bearing oil inlet pipe after 4 hours of oil supply, only a little fiber.
5.4、油循环工作应注意以下几点:
5.4 Some cautions to oil circulation:
⑴、汽轮机油加装前应进行化验,油品符合要求。
(1) The turbine oil shall be examined before applying, the oil quality shall meet the
requirement.
⑵、油温最好保持在50~65℃之间,每循环4-6小时,应停置降温至30℃左右,如此
交替进行。
(2) Better to keep the oil temperature between 50~65℃, after every 4-6 hours’ circulation,
it shall be stopped and the temperature drops to around 30℃. Do it alternatively.
⑶、循环过程中,滤网应经常清理。
(3) During the circulation, the filter screen shall be cleaned frequently.
⑷、油循环过程中,经常敲击油管路,使杂物及早剥离。
(4) During the oil circulation, knock at the oil pipeline frequently, so that the sundries can
be separated as early as possible.

六、安全技术措施
VI. Safety technical measures
6.1、在吊大件时,应经有关人员到场检查,按有关规定进行负荷试验,确认无误后,方
可进行,行车应制动灵活,限位可靠。
6.1 When lifting big elements, relevant personnel shall be present for inspection, and load test
shall be carried out according to relevant regulation; it cannot proceed until it is confirmed. The
travel crane shall be with flexible braking and reliable limit.
6.2、汽机房内,特别是7m平台上,预留洞口很多必须用硬物遮盖,或有明显标记,安
装前平台上的栏杆等应作好。
6.2 In the steam turbine house, especially on the 7m platform, there are many reserved holes,
they must be covered by hard objects, or with clear marks. The platform handrail etc shall be
made properly before installation.
6.3、吊装设备时,严禁在吊物下站人,特殊情况需进行清理或涂涂料,应临时支撑好后
进行。
6.3 When lifting the equipment, no people are allowed standing beneath the lifted object; in
special cases, such as cleaning or painting, it shall not be done until temporary support is made.
6.4、吊装工具绳索,使用前应仔细检查,确认无误后方可投入使用。
6.4 The lifting tools and wires shall be checked carefully before use, it cannot be used until
confirmed.
6.5、设备安放应平整,垫实,以防倾覆伤人,损坏设备。
6.5 The equipment shall be placed flat and filled up firmly, for avoiding falling down result in
personal injury, equipment damage.
6.6、现场配置安全配电箱,并且定时进行检查由专人负责管理。
6.6 Safety distribution cabinet shall be equipped in the site, and it shall be inspected regularly
and managed by specific personnel.
6.7、清洗带有尖锐边缘的部件,应防止被划伤,割破。
6.7 Avoid injury while cleaning the parts with sharp edges.
6.8、清洗用的破布应妥善处理,防止发生火灾事故。清洗区域应通风良好。现场应配备

足够的消防器材。
6.8 The rags for cleaning shall be disposed properly, for preventing fire. The cleaning zone shall
be with nice ventilation. The site shall be equipped with enough fire extinguishers.
6.9、对于必须进入设备内部工作时,照明必须用36V行灯,以防止触电。
6.9 When it is inevitable to work inside the equipment, the 36V portable lamp must be used for
lighting, for preventing electric shock.
6.10、站于汽缸结合面上作业,不得穿带钉的鞋,也不允许放置硬质金属物件;轴颈,轴
瓦严禁踩踏。
6.10 No shoes with nails are allowed and no hard metal objects are allowed when standing on
the cylinder joint surface for work; stepping on the shaft journal, bearing bush is strictly
forbidden.
七、文明施工
VII. Civilized construction
7.1、服从吊装总指挥的统一指挥,不得擅离工作岗位,做到有秩序地进行、严密的劳动
组合。
7.1 Follow the unified direction of general lifting director, quitting from working post without
authority is forbidden. Orderly and careful labor team is required.
7.2、捆绑吊点处应垫以厚木板。以增大受力面积和摩擦力。
7.2 The lifting points shall be inserted with thick wood boards, for increasing the force bearing
area and fabrication.
7.3、钢丝绳严禁与电焊导线及其他电源接触,避免不了时,应采取防护措施。
7.3 Contact between steel wires and welding cable or other power supply is strictly forbidden;
in case it is inevitable, protection measures shall be taken.
7.4、卸扣卡环表面应光滑,不应有毛刺、尖角、夹层等缺陷。
7.4 The shackle clasp shall be with smooth surface, without burr, sharp angle and interlayer etc.
7.5、起吊重物提升时应平稳,避免振动,晃动和碰撞。在重物就位固定前,严禁解开吊
装索具,若因故中断吊装,必须采取安全措施,不得使重物悬空过夜。
7.5 It shall be stable while lifting the heavy elements, avoiding vibration, shaking and impact.

Release of lifting wire and tool before the positioning and fixation of heavy elements is strictly
forbidden. In case the lifting is interrupted, safety measures must be taken, and the heavy
elements must not be left suspended overnight.
7.6、起吊前应与当地气象部门联系,严禁在风力六级或六级以上时进行吊装。
7.6 Contact with the local meteorological department before lifting; lifting is strictly forbidden
when there is wind of Grade VI or above.
7.7、在吊装施工区域,应设置警戒线,并树立明显警戒标志,严禁非工作人员通行。
7.7 Warning line shall be set in the lifting construction zone, and clear warning signs shall be
set too, the passage of non-working staff is forbidden.
7.8、高空作业人员必须身体检查合格,穿戴符合规定方可上高空。
7.8 The workers for high altitude must be with health certificates; they cannot go to high
altitude until wear proper articles.
