苯酐聚酯多元醇的合成及PP分子量分布的测定

摘要

用二乙二醇,二缩三乙二醇,三缩四乙二醇分别与苯酐合成苯酐聚酯多元醇,并

简述其合成聚酯多元醇的工艺。对反应温度、醇酸物质的量比和催化剂等对合成聚酯

树脂的产生影响的因素进行了探讨。结果表明,当控制反应气相温度在100℃±2左

右,氮气保护下,合成的苯酐聚酯多元醇性能合格,工艺简单。根据聚合物熔体的流

变学性质(如动态弹性模量G’(w),PI值)估算聚合物分子量分布,是一种测量分子

量分布的新方法。本文中,用Bohlin Advanced Rheometer对PP的流变学性质进行

了测定,并讨论了分子量及分布对流变性的影响。最终,由流变曲线得到了分子量分

布图。

Preparation of Benzoic Anhydride Polyester Polyol And Determining

Molecular Weight Distribution of PP

Abstract

Benzoic anhydride polyester polyol was synthesized by PA,DEG,Triethylene glycol

or Tetraethylene preparation process is introduced influence of

reaction temperature,molar ratio of alcohol to acid,catalyst, the synthesis of polyester

resin was results show that benzoic anhydride polyester polyol can satisfy the

application of polyurethane adhesives when reaction gas temperature is 100℃±2,under the

protection of N

2

.A new method is developed to determine molecular weight distributions

of polymer melts from their rheological properties(such as the dynamic elastic modulus

G’( w) and PI value).In this paper, rheological properties of PP were tested by means of

Bohlin Advanced Rheometer,and the effects of the molecular weight and molecular weight

distribution on rheological behavior were the end, the molecular weight and

molecular weight distribution of PP inferred from flow curves were obtained.
