此系统根据单位的办公用品的购买,入库,领用流程而设计的,特别适用于
分批次购买,各部门领用的模式,具有完善的入库登记,领用登记,查询等功能.
这样就更可以合理规范对企事业单位办公用品的管理。
本论文将介绍办公用品管理系统的设计和开发过程。本系统采用VISUAL
C++作为开发工具,SQL SERVER作为后台数据库,使用ADO数据库访问技术,
利用IOCP模型设计而成。此系统包含了办公共品的入库登记,领用登记以及库
存管理等几大模块组成,本系统还具有强大的查询功能,具体有快速查询,关键
字查询以及按时间查询,本系统还可以根据库存量自动给出缺货通知的功能。此
系统的开发,采用计算机对企事业单位的办公用品进行管理,进一步提高办公效
益和现代化水平。帮助广大员工提高工作效率,实现办公用品信息管理工作流程
的系统化、规范化和自动化,避免企事业单位浪费严重的问题。
