set_cost_priority: 设置cost_priority attributes 在当前design 上。

option:

-default 移除cost_priority attributes ,DC 使用默认的priority

-delay 指定max_delay 优先级高于maximum design rules

-design_rules 指定max_design_rules cost优先级高于maximun delay cost

cost_list :指定一个list 中的cost priority,优先级随之降低，选项有max_delay，min_delay，max_transition，max_fanout，max_capacitance，cell_degradation，max_design_rules

You can change the priority of the maximum design rule costs and the delay costs by using the set_cost_priority command to specify the ordering. You must run the set_cost_priority command before compiling the design.
