Turning off my phone is something I do regularly,

whether it's for a few hours or a whole day. I find it

important to disconnect from technology and focus on the

present moment. It's easy to get caught up in the constant

notifications, messages, and emails, but taking a break

from it all can be refreshing and beneficial for my mental

health.

One example of when I turn off my phone is when I go

for a hike. I love being in nature and taking in the

scenery without any distractions. It allows me to clear my

mind and recharge. Another example is when I spend quality

time with friends or family. Being fully present and

engaged in the moment is important to me, and turning off

my phone helps me achieve that.
