摘要：PURPOSE:To suppress the intrusion of impurities into steam and to obtain high-

purity distilled water and steam by installing a hydrophobic porous membrane to a flow

passage for the generated steam. CONSTITUTION:The steam enters a steam inlet 101

and flows through a steam chamber 111 provided in the upper part of pipes 102 into the

pipes 102 where the steam is condensed. The condensate accumulates in a lower storage

tank 103 of a distillator. The hot water from the distillator of the previous stage is fed

through a hot water inlet 106, is poured onto the steam chamber 111 and is once stored

in a tray 107. This tray 107 is constructed by providing a narrow spacing to the juncture

with the pipes 102 so that the hot water flows down in the form of a thin film on the

outside of the pipes 102. The thin film evaporation is thereby generated and a large

volume of the steam can be generated with a small area. The generated steam passes

the hydrophobic porous membrane by which fine particles and impurities are removed

therefrom. The high-purity steam is led out of a steam outlet 110. The hot water failing

to evaporate is discharged to the outside from a hot water outlet 111.
