解决：

一、重启大法

二、手动关闭

1.进入cmd命令行，输入netstat -ano，找到本地地址中冲突的端口，记住PID。

2.打开任务管理器，选择详细信息，找到对应的PID，右键关闭即可。

       最后，重启项目，正常运行！（1）
