2.起重机发生漏电现象。

3.钢丝绳严重磨损，达到报废标准（钢丝绳报废标准见附

录A）。

4.安全保护装置失效或显示不准确。

17.严禁从塔机上向下抛掷任何物品或排泄物，同时严禁

饮酒后上机作业。

18.冬季在塔机操作室取暖时，必须采取防触电和防火措

施。

19.塔吊司机应注意对设备进行日常保养，并按照项目部

要求换班吃饭。在交接班时，下一班司机应提前十分钟上塔，

并进行试运转检查。

20.如果项目部反映司机或现场管理人员的配合服务问题，

将对其进行相应的处罚。
