5．1入厂装柜的登记和检查

工厂保安负责对到厂的货柜进行安全检查，包括：货柜是否经过改装，藏暗格（检

查改装的七个检查点：柜顶、货柜天花板、货柜门、柜地板、柜下部、左边柜墙、

右边柜墙、后部柜墙），货柜是否能关好，有无漏水，货柜是否干净，是否适合

装本公司产品，货柜是否携带易燃易爆物品，柜内是否有异物；仓库搬运队在装

柜时负责对以上事项进行复查。

5.1 container registration and inspection

Factory security is responsible for the container security checks, including: if

container is modified, hidden secret ( check seven check points for

modification container: top, ceiling, the door, floor, bottom, left, right, wall), if

container well closed,if there has water leakage, if it is clean,if it is suitable for

the company's products, if containers carrying flammable and explosive

articles, if there has foreign bodies; when warehouse people loading goods,

review above items.

5．1．1如发现安全隐患，立即报告上级主管，由主管通知相关人员协调安排更

换货柜，以免影响正常出柜。

5.1.1 if there has any safety hidden trouble, immediately report to the

supervisor, who will inform the relevant personnel arrange replacement of

container, so as not to affect the normal out.

5．1．2保安必须做好货柜安全检查记录，每周汇总给保安队长进行保管、分类。

每月交到品管部存档。

5.1.2security people must be do container safety inspection record, weekly

summary to chief of security for safe keeping, classification. Monthly submit to

QC department for archive.

5．2装卸柜区域管理

5.2The loading and unloading area management

5．2．1工厂必须指定装卸区域，确保货柜处于有效监控管理之中。

5.2.1 factory must specify the loading area, ensure that the container is in

effective monitoring and management.

5．2．2出货区，装卸货区要安排保安定时进行巡逻检查，阻止无关人员进入装

卸区。

5.2.2 shipping area, loading and unloading area need arrange security people

patrol inspection regularly, prevent the irrelevant personnel into the loading

area.

5．2．3装卸工人必须佩戴“装卸”臂章，以便保安识别，非装卸工人不得进入

货柜，特殊需要必须有主管经理审批。

5.2.3 in order to the security people identification,handling workers must wear

armbands" handling", non stevedores shall not enter into the container, special

needs must have approval from manager.

5．2．4晚上保安要加强在厂货柜的巡逻，禁止无关人员进入货柜。

5.2.4 at night, the security need strengthen patrol for container at the company,

irrelevant people not allowed enter into the container.

5．2．5装柜期间，货柜司机不得在装柜区等待，必须在公司指定的休息室休息，

等封条上好后才可进入拖柜。

5.2.5 during loading, container driver not allowed waiting at the loading area,

must be rest at specified lounge in the company, can only drag container after

it well sealed.

5．3货柜装卸管理

5．3．1正在装柜的货柜必须安排保安监督，并做好记录，内容包括：装柜起止

时间，货柜型号，拖车车号，货柜上封条是否和出货文件上相同，发现异常及时

上报厂部。

5.3The container handling management

5.3.1 the loading container must arrange security supervision, and make

records, including: start-stop time for loading, container type, trailer car

number, if container seal is the same as the shipping documents, abnormal

timely reporting of factory.

5．3．2成品仓管员负责对装好成品的货柜上好封条，保安做好监督、核对、登

记。

5.3.2 finished products warehouse keeper is responsible for the seal of

finished container, the security responsible for supervising, check, register

5．3．3成品仓仓管员负责核对出货文件。

5.3.3 finished products warehouse keeper is responsible for checking the

shipping documents.

5．3．4保安在检查监督过程中如有发现存在违法行为，可及时通知执法部门：

报警电话：110；北苑派出所举报电话：0579-

85263110。

5.3.4 if the security has found any illegal behavior during inspection, can

inform the law enforcement agencies:

5．4货柜出厂及沿路跟踪管理

5.4 The container leave factory and along the track management

5．4．1货柜司机进厂进行拖柜，保安必须详细检查拖柜司机的有效证件，登记

拖柜司机的姓名、电话号码、公司名称，登记司机所托货柜的型号、拖车车号、

出厂时间。

5.4.1 when container drivers come into the company, security must be check

in detail the drivers valid documents, registration driver's name, phone number,

company name, container type, car number, time of leave factory.

5．4．2货柜拖柜离开工厂，由成品仓管员或保安根据司机电话司机路线及路途

安全进行询问，保证货柜安全到达码头。

5.4.2 after the container leave the factory, a finished product warehouse

people or security check with driver for Route and road safety, ensure the

container security arrive the pier.

5．5货柜调度

厂部要加强与公司船务的沟通，如有货柜更换，提前或推迟出柜，要通知相关部

门，每周要制定出货计划。

5.5The container scheduling

The factory must strengthen the communication with shipping people, such as

container replacement, early or delayed loading, need inform the relevant

departments, and work out shipping plan weekly.

5．6厂部负责每月检查货柜安全检查管理执行情况。

5.6factory responsible for monthly check container safety inspection
