一, 管材Tube Material
目前,用于氮气保护气体钎焊的管料主要分三类:
At present, there are three kinds of tube material for CAB.
a) 普通常用的AA3003系列合金,具有较好的强度和抗腐蚀性能。
General AA3003 series alloy, which has enough strength and corrosion
resistance properties.
b) “长寿命”合金,具有较高的强度和优良的抗腐蚀性能。
Long life alloy, which has high strength and good corrosion resistance
properties.
c) 最新开发的合金,具有更高的强度和优秀的抗腐蚀性能。
Up to date new developed alloy, which has excellent strength and corro-sion resistance properties.
管料的发展方向是不断提高管材的机械性能满足材料减薄的要求,同时提高抗腐蚀性能,提高使用寿命,降低成本。
The trend is to improve the mechanical properties of the tube material to
meet the requirement of down gauging, improve the corrosion resistance
properties and the service life, and also cost saving.

我司以上向贵司推荐的是具有代表性的三类材料,前两种国内外各类用户都在普遍使用。后一种材料国内尚未普及,但已经通过了某些公司的试用和相关试验验证,从长远来讲,具有非常好的前景和优势。
The three kinds of tube materials we recommended are representative
materials, two are widely used by all domestic and overseas customers.
The last one is a new material which has passed the process and tests of
certain company, in the long run, it has many advantages.
该三类材料都能适应目前贵司的设备和工艺要求,也就是说,使用上述材料,贵司现有的设备和工艺都不需要作明显的调整。
The three recommended materials could be adaptable to your equip-ments and process.
值得说明的是,我司推荐的FA7805和FA7873系列合金,在强度和抗腐蚀方面都具有非常优秀的性能,对于将来材料减薄和降低成本都具有重要的意义,目前已有客户使用0.25mm甚至更低厚度的管材。
It need to be noticed that the alloy FA7805&FA7873 we recommended
have high strength and corrosion resistance properties, it will play an im-portant role in the down gauging and cost reduction in the future. Some
customers has already use the 0.25mm and even thinner tube material.

推荐的两种翅片材料,经过贵司批量使用,已经得到了验证。其中连铸连轧的FA6811材料,除加工工艺稍许不同外,材料最终的各类机械性能等还要更好一些。
The two fin stock have been in your mass production. The process of
CC FA6811 is a little different, but the final mechanical properties is a little
better.
3, 主板材料 Plate Stock

推荐的三种主板材料(a,b,c),经过客户批量使用,已经得到了验证。对于FA8UA4材质的主板材料,目前是我公司开发的新合金材料.
The three plate stock have been also in your mass production. But the
alloy FA8UA4 is a new alloy for header plate.
4, 材料的匹配The Match
上述主板,管材和翅片材料通过组合能够相互匹配,最终能够满足产品加工工艺和各类性能要求,包括机械和腐蚀性能的要求。
The recommended materials could be matched properly to meet the
process ,mechanical and anti-corrosion requirement.
