一、外观(sight)

wine shows a ruby colour, so the vintage of this wine is about( five years)

ago or the age of the year is about (five years) .

has a high /low/great /medium clarity.

is clear/dull(沉闷).

is glossy(光泽)['ɡlɔsi]

g down through the wine against a white background,we can see the

wine has a great/high/low/medium intensity.

(for intensity: pale,light,medium,deep,dull,bright)

6.红葡萄酒颜色:purple、ruby、garnet、brick red、red brown、brown.

7.白葡萄酒颜色:pale yellow green、straw yellow、gold、amber、brown.

二、香味(smell)

nose is clean.

I smell the wine without any movement ,I feel a

low/medium/pronounced intensity fruity aroma like black currant's flavor.

I swirl the wineglass gently, (take a good sniff)the flavor becomes rich

and

complex,beside the fruity aroma,it also has a smell of

baking/chocolate/caramel/liquorice/spice.

all ,it provides great depth

三、口感(taste)

wine display a very smooth/hard /supple /creamy palate when I taste it.

has a high/low/medium tannin/acidity/sweetness.

tannin/acidity/sweetness is very/a little strong but feel very

comfortable.

acidity is crisp(脆的,新鲜的).

tannin is aggressive and the wine needs ageing.

5..The tannin is strong but very silky/soft.

6..It has a masculine /solid structure .

7..To conclude, Overall impression ,this wine is concentrated/flesh/harsh with

full chewy in the is Consistent/in excellent balance,it is a

full/round/light/medium- bodied wine with a long /lingering ['liŋɡəriŋ] /short

finish/aftertaste.

贵腐甜白:

This wine shows a gold colour .it has a high clarity and medium intensity . The

colour is very glossy.

The nose is very clean but very fragrant. It has a high intensity tropical fruity

aroma like orange、grapefruit、lychee。I can also smell a strong honey aroma with

a light petrolic flavor but feel very comfortable.

The wine displays a supple/creamy palate when I tasted it .it is a luscious wine

not only with high sweetness ,but also with high acidity ,so this wine is in excellent

balance and give me a very comfortable feeling,I think this wine has a good

sauternes wine's typicality.
